• • Uploaded files — PDF documents you upload for processing (merge, split, compress, convert, etc.).
• • Payment information — processed entirely by our payment provider, Waffo Pancake. We do not store your credit card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay details.
• • Basic technical information — such as IP address, used to prevent abuse (e.g., limiting free trial usage for non-logged-in users).

2. How We Use Your Information

• • To provide and improve our PDF processing services.
• • To verify your identity via email verification codes.
• • To manage your purchased credits, passes, or subscriptions and associate them with your account.
• • To prevent abuse of the Service (e.g., automated mass registrations).

3. Third-Party Services

For our PDF-to-Word conversion feature, your uploaded documents are sent to a third-party AI service provider (Alibaba Cloud / Qwen) for processing, used to analyze document layout and extract text content. We recommend not uploading documents containing highly sensitive personal information when using this AI-powered feature.

Payment processing is handled by Waffo Pancake, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Please refer to Waffo Pancake's privacy policy for details on how payment data is handled.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded files are processed in real-time and deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not retain copies of your uploaded documents or long-term storage of processing results on our servers.

Your email address, purchase records, and account-related data are retained for as long as your account exists. After account cancellation, related data is retained for 90 days, after which it is deleted in accordance with this policy.

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Payment card data is processed exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant Waffo Pancake and never passes through our servers or is stored in our database.

You may contact us at any time to request deletion of your account and associated data, inquire about information we hold about you, or object to our processing of your information. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
